i always have these crazy, vivid, colorful dreams and am hoping to find a way to translate them into photo/photo collage. this is a sketch using found imagery.

inauguration day

i was 6 when jimmy carter was sworn into office. when i saw him on t.v. i was so thrilled and was convinced that he could see me waving to him through the television set. that thought inspired this image. i also remember, i learned to tie my shoes that day. happy inauguration day!!!!

somehow, i have this new flip camera. it's very cool and portable and user friendly. i'm working on learing imovie and hope to post some of my videos...maybe scenes of venice....
